We are currently looking for a Marketing Director at Beautiful Feet Books. This position is responsible for marketing strategy, customer insight and analysis, as well as for driving sales through marketing communications, digital content, and social media. As a small, yet established business in the growing home-education market we are excited to fill this position as a key piece to achieve our future goals!
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of proven results in both design and implementation of marketing strategies. This person will work directly with the CEO, our sales team, and other departments to develop a marketing strategy, outline goals, and track key performance indicators.
This position is for in-person work in San Luis Obispo, Ca.
Create, write, and execute content for social media marketing schedule (regular posting and paid advertisements)
Track and measure KPI’s
Create, write, and execute email marketing campaigns
Work with contracted photographers on photo shoots featuring products and lifestyle images or project manage and execute own photography
Manage and retain current Reviewers and Affiliate program
Recruit, manage, and collaborate with new Reviewers and Affiliates
Assist in web development vision, updates, and updating website copy as needed
Project manage and collaborate with video team to develop new content and increase brand awareness through video
Weekly check-in meetings with CEO to discuss marketing schedule, new ideas, and action items
