Can I add BFB as a vendor for my Charter School?
Yes. If we are not already an approved vendor for your school we would love to become one! Each charter school has their own policy on adding vendors. Some require a parent request to add a new vendor, while others simply need a request from the vendor. You will need to ask your charter about their policy. Email Jay (email@example.com) from our charter department for help in adding BFB as a vendor.
How can I check on my order?
If your email address was included on the purchase order submitted by your charter school we will email you tracking information when your order ships.
I ordered a Charter-Approved Pack and the Teacher Guide was removed due to religious content. What should I do?
To purchase any items (Teacher Guides or Books) that were removed from your charter order due to religious content, simply search for the titles above and purchase them individually. We highly recommend purchasing the Teacher Guide with your own funds to take full advantage of all the helpful lessons, activities, assignments, and supplemental material that we have built into each guide.
My charter school has a reimbursement policy. How do I place my order?
Simply place your order online using our charter school page to ensure your purchase contains only charter-approved items. If you need a final receipt showing the payment method, we can provide this upon request.
How do you handle returns?
