Zeezok's Economics - Economics high school course. I noticed you don’t have item numbers assigned to your titles. How do we list your items on a purchase order? Simply list each item by its title as displayed on our website.
How do we calculate the total price on our purchase orders so that they will match your invoice?
-Items: Individual item and pack prices can be referenced on our website.
-Sales Tax: California: A 8.75% sales tax rate is added to orders shipping within California.
Non-California State: No sales tax added. -Shipping: Apply an 8% shipping rate to the pre-tax order total ($7.50 minimum). What if a family already owns a title(s) in a literature pack they are ordering? To help families maximize their funds, nearly all of our literature packs can be customized to remove books the family may already own. On the product page for the literature pack, simply click the featured button (as displayed below) to customize the pack. As items are removed, the price of the pack will update in real time.
*Please Note* When placing a purchase order for a customized pack, ensure the book deductions (those items that have been removed) are noted on the purchase order itself. This helps us ensure purchase orders are entered accurately and in a timely fashion. Purchase orders that do not include the book deductions are delayed as we have to seek clarification on this from either the charter school, teacher, or family.
If ordering individual books, how will we know if they contain religious content?
First, we have a list of books that contain religious content on our website here. Second, you can look for this icon on individual products which denotes that it contains religious content: Will families receive a tracking notification for their order? Yes. If the family’s email address is provided on the purchase order we can ensure that they receive a tracking email once their order ships. Otherwise, tracking will be sent to the default email address on your school’s account.
If an order includes a digital (download) item, how does the family receive it?
If the family’s email address is provided on the purchase order we will email the product directly to the family. Otherwise, we will reach out to your school and request the family’s email address.
