Q: Do you have a waitlist for the next opening?
A: Yes! You can sign up for the waitlist here.

Q: What is the difference between the 6 and 12 month subscriptions? If we sign up for the 6-month subscription, will there be an option to sign up for another 6 months?
A: Opting for the 12-month subscription not only offers a great price advantage but also saves you from the hassle of renewing for another 6 months! Although the availability of Bookling Society subscriptions is limited each year, we will extend a second 6-month opportunity (at the 6-month rate) to families that join. 

Q: My family is with a charter school. Will we be able to use charter school funds for this?
A: Absolutely! The Bookling Society's books align with charter standards and focus on bravery, compassion, empathy, endurance, patience, honesty, and other wonderful virtues. We recommend charter families choose either the 12-month or 6-month pay in advance subscription options. This reduces extra work for your charter school and only requires one purchase order. We also highly recommend submitting your request to your Charter school quickly so they have time to process your order before membership closes.

Q: I am a grandparent with several grandchildren that live all over the country. How do I place an order for each family?
A: A special welcome to grandparents! Each month, your grandchildren will know their special box comes from you! You will need to place a separate order for each ship-to location. So, if you have grandchildren in different cities, you will create an order for each child and input their shipping address on the order. 

Q: If I decide it's not a good fit for my family, can I cancel my subscription? 
A: Yes! Contact us at booklings@bfbooks.com within 48 hours of receiving a box, and we will refund your future boxes less a 25% restocking fee. 

Q: What do I do if I already have the book for the coming month's box?
A: We announce the book a week before shipping the monthly box. If you already have that title, email us at booklings@bfbooks.com, and we'll remove the book from your order and refund you for its cost while ensuring you still receive all the delightful extras that will help bring that book to life. 

Q: When will my box arrive each month?  
A: Boxes are shipped out during the first week of each month. 

Q: How do I update my subscription if I move?  
A: Send us an email at booklings@bfbooks.com as soon as possible, and we’ll get it changed for you. Or you can login to your Beautiful Feet Books account and update your mailing address. 

Q: I have 3 children. Can I order extra hero pins, keepsakes, projects, and postcards for the siblings each month?
A: For the 2025 Bookling Society we have designed each box with the whole family in mind so there is no longer the additional sibling add-on. This makes the subscription more affordable and minimizes waste. Your box will include one book, one set of Hero Cards, one Hero Pin, one postcard, and a QR link to additional information, activities, and resources. 

Q: Is there going to be a list of the titles in advance?  
A: The Bookling Society will feature a delightful mix of cherished hardback classics and newer titles that have deeply resonated with us but may not be widely known. Each month, the book title will be revealed the week prior to shipping in an email to Society members. 

Q: Can I return a box?  
A: Because each month’s box is unique, we do not accept returns. However, you can cancel future boxes. For cancellation details, see the FAQ above.  

Q: If I order the 6-month Subscription will I have the opportunity to order the next 6 months?  
A: Yes! We will send you an email when your subscription is almost finished, and you will be able to subscribe for the next 6 months. 

Q: Are any of the books going to be titles that BFB already carries?
A: No! The Bookling Society books are hand-selected titles that we have not included in any of our current or previous studies. These are rare stories that most will have never experienced.

Q: Will the books contain religious content?
A: The books we choose don't include proselytizing religious content. All the books we choose have touched our hearts and made us feel deeply about the characters in the story. We know you will fall in love with each of these stories as much as we have.
