About the Author: Rebecca B. Manor, a homeschool graduate, majored in English at Hillsdale College and studied British Literature at Oxford University. She attributes her love of great books to her mother, Rea Berg, who developed the original "Teaching History Through Literature" curriculum. Rebecca wrote her first study guide, A History of Science, at age seventeen. This guide, winner of the Cathy Duffy "Top Picks for Home School" award was followed by five other study guides. Rebecca currently lives in Edinburgh, Scotland with her husband.
