Building your own model earth is a dynamic experience of discovery!

This brand new Design Science project is excellent family fun. Combines state-of-the-art, cloud free satellite imagery with a sturdy geodesic design that fits together to create a 16 inch globe of the Earth. A 68 page book is included for a wonderful geographic study of every aspect of the earth with detailed descriptions, graphs, charts and glossary of essential information. Other than a few references to the age of the earth (4,600,000,000 years, give a decade or two!) the information is extremely factual and examines the earth as a non-political home for life. A must for geograpy lovers and a great project for student presentations!
